Regeln 
 
 Bei Neuimplantation: Indikation ist Hauptdiagnose. 
 Aktuellen Schrittmacher/ICD-Typ, Modus und Sonden nennen. 
 Frühere Geräte nicht einzeln aufführen, Hinweis auf Erstimplantation genügt. 
 Indikation auch dann nennen, wenn Implantation in einem früheren Aufenthalt erfolgte.
